The best decision i have ever made to do my hair at Ciel Korean Hair Salon. I didn’t put high expectations on the end results because by far all the salon i been to will never meet the expectation that i wanted. But Olivia made my hair the way i wanted!! and i am so inlove with my hair😭 Everyone there is so friendly too!! 10/10 on talent and 10/10 for tiptop service! 100% will recommend
